Life full of laughter and love

....and a little bit of chaos—balancing work, life, and everything in between. Through every hectic moment, we wouldn’t trade a single second. Because in this wonderfully imperfect dance, we’ve found joy in simply living and loving together.

#LoveInTheTimeOfCOVID

In a world turned upside down, we found each other—no faces, just hearts. Love doesn’t need a face to recognize its soulmate. ❤️

It all started on the buzzing 5th floor of the Heart and Vascular Institute—a place where fate worked overtime and life-changing decisions unfolded in real time. Amid the hum of monitors and the shuffle of hurried steps, Harish saw Wendy from across the hall. Their connection was straight out of a Grey’s Anatomy moment: an unassuming glance, a twinkle in their eyes (the only thing visible from their COVID masks), and a flicker of unspoken chemistry in the air.

But Wendy was no damsel waiting to be swept off her feet. Fast-paced, all business, and impossible to pin down, she moved through life like a whirlwind, leaving little room for play. Yet, against the relentless demands of his fellowship, Harish found himself pursuing a different kind of challenge: keeping up with Wendy’s pace—literally. This heart-mending cardiologist was determined to master both the science of saving lives and the art of stealing hearts. From casual coffee runs to chance hallway run-ins, Harish always managed to show up with a hopeful smile and a quiet persistence that said, “I’m here, just noticing you. I’m in no rush.”

Wendy saw him, too—how could she not? Harish had a presence that was both effortlessly captivating and deeply comforting, easy on the eyes and even easier on the heart. Soon, Wendy found herself unconsciously easing her pace, stretching a moment here, lingering a second there—just long enough for their footsteps to sync. They played this dance every day, clinging to the hope that another ‘chance’ meeting would bring them together once more.

Then, on one seemingly ordinary day, the world gave them a knowing wink. The ICU quieted its chaos just long enough, the air softened in silent understanding, and in that precise instant, they realized what had been so obvious: this wasn’t a chance encounter – it was destiny, wrapped in scrubs and sealed with a masked smile.

This was meant to be.
